Very good reservation and start-up process. Brittany was very helpful in the 16th St. office. The unit is clean and climate-controlled. Electronic document signing was easy. Insurance coverage was optional. Rates are competitive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had reserved a 10x20 upstairs unit for an excellent price and when we arrived they had a basement unit for us instead. Which was fine because it's what I wanted in the first place. They also gave us the first month free which was awesome. The space was perfect for what we needed it for and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to store something.

I was so happy with my experience at this Extra Space location. I had been researching storage units for a while and honestly needed help visualizing the space we’d be getting for our money, so me and my friend popped in on a whim. The girl at the front desk, Brittney, showed us two different units and went over all the pricing. She was so knowledgeable, it shocked me to learn it was her first week on the job! She’s so friendly and is honestly a huge reason we decided to get a unit here. All of the other staff I’ve interacted with has also been friendly and helpful, but I had to shout out my girl and say thank you again!

They were very caring and helpful. Everything was settled in a few minutes and was shown units that I've asked to see so I can get a better idea of what i needed. I loved my experience and the unit I got and was very satisfied.
